Why Attend?
The Binational Delegation to Mexico City provides an opportunity for participants to meet with key federal officials and diverse business industry leaders to discuss these major issues: border infrastructure and efficiency; transboundary pollution impacting the Tijuana River; immigration and workforce integration; and trade and economic opportunities.
Delegates will also benefit from the opportunity to network and cultivate strong political and business relationships.

We have secured a special room rate of $310++ per night for standard rooms between October 23 – 26, 2022. Reservations can be made online or directly to the hotel’s reservations office at +52-55-5230-1818 and reference Group Code 221022SDB by Friday, October 7 at 3:00 PM PST.
After October 7, the hotel will confirm reservations subject to availability. Cancellations must be done directly to the hotel 15 days before the arrival date by 3:00 PM PST in order to avoid no-show charges.

Flights
For your planning purposes, most delegates arrive in the afternoon on Sunday, October 23, prior to the Welcome Reception at 7:00 PM. The trip will conclude around 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 26.
Attendees receive free Cross Border Xpress (CBX) roundtrip tickets to depart from the Tijuana Airport! CBX is an enclosed pedestrian skywalk bridge exclusively for Tijuana Airport passengers who cross the U.S./Mexico border as part of their trip. Upon registration, you’ll receive a code to redeem for CBX tickets.
