Rethink! Managing Time in an Era of Distraction

July 2, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Old school time management is dead, and the new reality of effectiveness and productivity require you to be tech savvy and agile. There are countless apps to help you manage time and tasks more effectively. However, no lifehack, productivity app, or time management technique can help you if you are buried in emails, meetings and a task list that never ends.

This session provides an opportunity to step back and assess your approach to managing time, energy, and focus to identify key components of a system that enables you to increase your productivity, get your life back and improve your results.

This session will enable participants to:

• Assess your own approach to managing time and priorities
• Identify the time wasters and distractions that decrease your effectiveness
• Explore methods to clarify roles & responsibilities to eliminate duplication
• Implement strategies for prioritizing work
• Develop an action plan to implement relevant time management tools
