This event is a great opportunity for all students and alumni to connect with a diverse array of employers, from corporations to nonprofits, for internships, part-time, and full-time positions.
The Career & Internship Fairs are open to all majors.

Registration Fee
The Fall Career & Internship Fair registration fee:
- Registration (in-person) : $865, Non-Profit: $600 VIP: $1,000
Organizations looking to participate in both days of the Career & Internship Fair MUST REGISTER for both events separately.
Basic registration includes:
- Registration for two representatives
- One 6-foot rectangular table
- Two folding chairs
- Coffee & Pastries before the fair
- Boxed lunch
- On-campus parking
- Wireless internet access
Attendees will not automatically have access to electrical outlets. You must contact us or indicate on your registration that you request electrical outlet access at least two weeks before the fair. You will not be granted access to electrical outlets if requested on the day of the fair.
Your organization’s registration for the career fair includes admittance for two representatives. There is a required $50 fee for admittance for a third representative. No more than three representatives are permitted admittance per table. If you require additional representatives to attend, then you need to purchase an additional table ($785) for the fair.
Cancellation deadline is Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Cancellations must be in writing to ocr@sdsu.edu. There is a $50 required administrative fee for processing a refund. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the event, and day-of-event no-shows, are non-refundable. Failure to cancel does not negate financial responsibility.
Additional Information:
- Tablecloths are not provided at the fair. Please bring your own tablecloth.
- Name Tags for representatives attending the fair will not be provided. Please bring your own name tag.
- One metal disposable water bottle will be provided during lunch service. Be advised you will not be provided with additional water bottles. Bring your own additional water supplies as needed. Filter water stations are available near the event space of the fair.

Career Services will deliver all shipped items to your table on the morning of the fair. Please use the address below and include the following items:
- The name of the fair for which the materials are for
- The complete ZIP+4 code (92182-8255)
- Your organization’s name is printed visibly on the package Career Services
If you plan to ship materials AFTER the fair, YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Return the materials to Career Services with a completed, pre-paid shipping label (including estimated item weight) attached. Notify any Career Services staff member if you require assistance.
- Schedule the pickup with your carrier—Career Services is located at the shipping address above in Student Services East 1200 (SSE 1200). We are open M-F from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and can make packages available for pickup in the lobby during business hours.
Career Services does not have shipping labels available, and cannot schedule pickup for you as a third party.
