We will dig into some key concepts and strategies to prepare for and execute at a high level as a business owner during a recession. Discussion topics will include learning from past recessions, leadership, playing defense and playing offense as well as addressing questions like “Should you give discounts during a recession?”. You will leave equipped with a recession “playbook” and renewed confidence.
The session is interactive and we ask that you be prepared to share your experiences and learnings from past recessions and/or your business in general. Ideally you will be on camera so we can see and share with other.
