Voices in Leadership: Women Driving Business, Advocacy and Public Service in CaliBaja
Women have long been at the forefront of progress – driving innovation, leading industries, and shaping communities. In San Diego County, women make up nearly half of the labor force and are vital contributors in every sector, from healthcare and education to technology, government, and small business. Yet, despite their impact, women continue to face systemic challenges in representation, advancement, and equity.
Join us November 19 at 10:00am for a powerful new program showcasing women leaders across the CaliBaja region. The first panel will feature women elected officials shaping policy and championing change and prosperity in our community. This will be followed by a second panel highlighting women leaders across industries who are innovating, building cross-border connections, and navigating challenges and opportunities with the shared goal of making our region the best place to live and work.
