Mission

To elevate women’s careers to the highest levels in the workforce through training and mentoring.

Advance

With the goal of making a substantive and measurable increase in the number of local women in the C-suite and community leadership positions, Advance is a LEAD San Diego program dedicated to elevating women through tailored coaching, mentorship, and skill building.

Advance participants connect with fellow executives, building lifelong relationships with inspiring women who will change the face of the region’s business, government and nonprofit sectors.

Here's what a few Advance graduates have to say about the program: "Advance provided the opportunity to learn and ask about things I thought I was supposed to know, so I never asked about." AND "I learned to take the time to think about and develop a focused career path." AND "I loved meeting a diverse group of kind, smart, fun women who all want to help, support, and encourage each other"
