Blair Search Partners Career Opportunities

Blair Search Partners is working with the San Diego Housing Commission on a search to find a Director of Asset Management – Housing Development Partners (HDP). SDHC has several key initiatives dedicated to creating affordable housing, including Housing Development Partners (HDP), a nonprofit affiliate of SDHC. The Director of Asset Management – HDP will oversee HDP’s affordable housing portfolio, including 22 wholly owned properties. HDP develops and preserves affordable housing for low-income San Diegans through the rehabilitation of existing buildings and new construction. Learn more.

Crystal Cove Conservancy Chief Operating Officer

Crystal Cove Conservancy and Crystal Cove Management Company seek an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead operational and property management. The COO will be responsible for the for-profit management of Crystal Cove Management Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary that works with The Conservancy in a unique social enterprise model for the protection, preservation, and sustainability of Crystal Cove State Park. The COO must be able to set goals and operate independently while working in partnership with the President & CEO as a key member of the organization’s leadership team. The ideal candidate may come from a variety of career pathways but will bring a strong understanding of both for-profit and nonprofit management and will demonstrate a passion for The Conservancy’s mission. This position requires a strategic whiz with a talent for cultivating relationships, proven negotiation and project management skills, and a keen eye for financial analysis and planning.

Community Forest Advisory Board serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and City Council on policy issues relating to urban forestry. The vision statement for the Board is to “create mechanisms for establishing, advocating and stewarding, in perpetuity, a healthy urban forest and thereby a healthy, attractive and prosperous city.”
