ABOUT OUR HOST
Junior Achievement of San Diego County (JA San Diego) aims to empower young people to achieve economic success by offering Common Core-aligned K-12 programs centered around financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. JA San Diego uses an experiential curriculum and a network of industry mentors to reinforce the value of education, increase students’ awareness of the importance of planning for the future, and promote the impact of their decisions. JA San Diego offers workforce development experiences to students as early as elementary school, serving a diverse population of students from 33 of the 42 school districts. JA San Diego continues to evolve and expand its programs to curate learning experiences that engage and inspire local youth.
