- September 27 – Hotel room block closes at 3:00 PM PST
- October 4 – Last day for regular pricing
- October 16 – Last day to cancel your room at the St. Regis without penalty

The participation fees below do not include hotel or airfare. Fees include hosted events and meetings.

Additional attendee from the same company or spouse/companion: $1,800
Non-members: $4,200
Between 8/31/24 – 10/4/24:
Chamber members: $2,700

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to ktran@sdchamber.org.
Cancel before:
August 30, 2024 – 100% refund
September 20, 2024 – 75% refund
October 4, 2024 – 50% refund
After October 4, no refunds will be allowed.
