Our nation’s leaders are tackling issues that uniquely impact us on the local, state, and national levels – border infrastructure, economic outlook, political landscape, housing & homelessness, and more. During the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions of their own to be answered by San Diego’s Congressional delegation.
The trip to Sacramento is critically important in sharing the needs of San Diego’s binational business community with elected officials and agencies at the state level. The policy areas and issues we will be addressing on the trip include: regulatory & tax reform, CEQA reform, predictive scheduling, infrastructure funding, tourism, transportation and transit, funding, workforce training, healthcare reimbursement rates, water issues, affordable housing, and improving international trade and commerce.
